Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted for large furniture items or customized products.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing parts or accessories

Customers must raise return requests within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos/videos
  • Packaging images
  • Description of issue

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-returnable:

  • Customized furniture
  • Made-to-order products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Mattresses, pillows, or hygiene-sensitive products once used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

Replacement Policy

If eligible, replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.

If the same product is unavailable, customers may:

  • Choose an alternative product
  • Receive store credit
  • Request a refund

Damaged Deliveries

Customers must report transit damages within 24–48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos/videos.

Failure to report within the specified timeline may result in rejection of claims.

Warranty Support

Certain products may include limited manufacturer warranty against:

  • Structural defects
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Foam sagging (where applicable)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Fabric fading
  • Improper usage
  • Water/fire damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
